Mike has over 20 years experience in the Telecommunication Industry. Mr. Kelsey started out as a Line Technician in the Pari-mutuel Business and quickly moved up the ranks to Computer Operator/Site Manager overseeing race tracks across the USA. In 2001 Mr. Kelsey Joined Jade Communications as an Estimator, then Project Manager to his current position as General Manager of the South Division.
