The Palm Beach County Convention Center Hilton consists of 420 luxury rooms with approximately 75,000 square feet of common area. All rooms and common areas are cabled with category 6 cable. Approximately 8,000 Category 6 Voice/Data and CATV cables were installed with fiber optic and copper backbones to interconnect approximately 16 communication rooms. (Over 500,000 feet of Category 6 cables were installed) The entire structured cabling system was tested and certified for a 25 year manufacture warranty with Fluke DTX 1800 testers. Project was completed February 2016.
