JCI holds a five-year contract with Florida Atlantic University. This contract is for cabling distributions systems for new buildings, building renovations, inter-building, intra-building, outside plant as well as moves, adds, and changes to existing systems. Current projects with FAU are the installation of a wide-area wireless system for two resident halls, including all cabling and equipment. We are working on the installation of a structured cabling system for the Alumni Center, and the Office Depot Center, including fiber optic and copper backbones. Our past projects at FAU vary from the installation of one category 5E cable and miles of fiber optic cable installations to 1500 pairs of outside-plant cable installations.
